    Step-by-Step Ordering Instructions

    1. Shop the site for the product you want.
    2. Click on the product if you need more detailed information.
    3. Select the item by clicking on the associated BuyNow button.
    4. Check the product availability by noting the "In Stock" results.
    5. Update the quantity by entering the desired amount in the box labeled Qty. and clicking Update Quantity.
    6. If you need to Start over, click Clear Basket.
    7. Continue shopping or, if you're ready to checkout, click Proceed to Checkout. Enter your email address and password for easy access to your account.
    8. Enter your billing and shipping information.
    9. Confirm your order and shipping information.
    10. Click Complete My Order.
    11. Print and save your receipt upon completion of your order.

    Your Receipt

    You may access your receipt for any order placed at the D-Link Systems, Inc. by visiting the Order History page. After entering your email address and password, click on View Receipt next to the order you wish to access. Top

    Product Availability

    We will do everything we can to get your order to you in as timely a manner as possible. Due to the popularity of some of the items at the D-Link Systems, Inc., we may not always have an item in stock. We have included item availability in the product list so that you will know if an item is available.

    When you place an order for an item not in stock, we will immediately send the request to our warehouse and send you an email confirming this. We will send you another notice if the item is still out of stock at that time (usually 2 business days later), and a third confirmation email when we ship the item. If the item is still out of stock 30 days after you placed your order, you will receive another communication from us updating you on the status of your order. Top
